ABOUT

Carrie has been dedicated to the path of meditation for many years, beginning in high school and exploring its benefits throughout her early adulthood. Her journey deepened significantly while overcoming PTSD, which inspired her to share the transformative power of meditation with others, especially first responders.

Carrie is a certified instructor, having completed the 200-hour Meditation Teacher Training at the Kripalu School of Yoga. This certification has enabled her to give back to the community through non-secular meditation practices. She continues to expand her knowledge by taking additional courses, ensuring she can effectively support and hold space for meditators.

Carrie hopes to guide others on their journey toward peace and tranquility, helping them discover the profound benefits of meditation.
